Package options include a single session overview and consultation for those curious to explore and start end-of-life planning OR multiple sessions for more detailed exploration.

4 x 60 - MINUTE SESSIONS

Explore specific aspects of end-of-life planning, either as an individual or with a significant other. We will identify meaningful priorities for you as well as any barriers that are creating problems for you. Examples of possible topics to work on include

  • Values, wishes, and who and what matter most

  • Writing lasting messages to those you love and creating a personal manifesto for living (Legacy Love Letters and a Heart Will)

  • How you want to be cared for after you die (including greening your death)

  • Health personal care wishes and decision making (advance care planning)

  • Financial and Legal authority (getting your will done or revised based on your values)

  • How to talk about these things with others

After each session I will send you a summary of what we covered as well as follow-up activities for you. And during the last session, we will create a plan for you to continue acting on things still left to be done
